You can register for or unsubscribe from the Xbox U.S. SMS text messaging service (SMS Service) at Xbox.com, You can also opt-out from the SMS Service by texting 'STOP' into <30360> from your mobile phone and we will unsubscribe you. After you have been unsubscribed from the SMS Service, you will not receive any additional messages from the SMS Service until you re-register and opt-in for cell phone messages at Xbox.com.
